We have pediatric programs for puppies and kittens. We not only address their health needs but also behavioral concerns with one on one attention and our puppy classes. Behavioral problems are the number one reason young pets are given up and we will do our best to help you raise a well adjusted kitten or puppy.
We have an extensive wellness program for our senior patients that allow us to proactively detect health problems before they become severe. This allows us to educate you about the condition and make intelligent choices in giving your pet the best quality of life possible.
Since 70% of patients older than 3 years of age have significant dental disease, we have developed cost effective dental programs that encourage dental care before more extensive disease occurs resulting in tooth loss, gum disease and organ damage.
We offer digital radiography, ultrasound, an extensive diagnostic lab and endoscopy to provide the cutting edge tools to make a diagnosis and quickly treat the condition while minimizing time delays and repeat visits.
We believe there is more than one way to minimize pain and speed healing. Our physical therapy services utilize an underwater treadmill extensively for orthopedic surgery recovery and arthritis therapy. Coupled this with acupuncture, cold laser therapy, TENS electical stimulation, massage, therapeutic exercise and multiple pain protocols, we believe we have the tools to make your pet as comfortable as possible for chronic and acute pain situations resulting from injury or surgery.
Lastly, we have state of the art pet boarding suites for dogs and cats coming to our LaSalle location. The suites are being designed to minimize stress, encourage play and make your pet’s vacation as enjoyable as yours. With green grass year-round that is covered from the elements, swim and jog programs, dedicated cat condos with complete separation from dog barks and smells, a daily email update, turn-in service and daycare, what’s not to enjoy. Our Mendota location currently has basic dog and cat boarding.
