Certified Veterinary Technician
Educational Background: Graduated from University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a bachelors degree in Animal Science and minor in Agribusiness. Decided to continue to pursue my dream of becoming a CVT at Madison Area Technical College. Finished there in August of 2022 and passing my boards a week after my finals making me a CVT!
About me: I am originally from Streator so it is great to be back in the area with my husband. When not working, I love spending time with friends, family, and all our pets. Some of my favorite activities are: reading, farming, boating, and snowmobiling.
My pets: My husband and I currently have two fur babies. An Australian shepherd named Ryker and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Mercer
Favorite thing about my job: I love everything about my job. I am able to educate, help, assist, and learn within this field everyday. Getting to be a voice for these animals when they need it the most is a very rewarding part of my job. It was always my dream to be in the vet field as a little girl and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
Hidden Talent: I can pick things up with my toes
